Description
A view of Church House at 2 Wood Street, Chipping Barnet. The two-storey building is dressed with flint, some in a chequerboard pattern with white stone, and built in neo-Tudor style. It has six bays facing the street, the leftmost of which is a carriage entrance. The second bay from the right is a porch and entrance. Several cars are parked beside the building including a Ford Prefect with registration number PFV539, a Ford Zodiac Mark II and a BMC1100. A sign by the entrance reads "Private property, no public parking". Opened in 1907, Church House was Grade II listed in 1983; listing number 1192592. It is run as a charity and used by local groups.
