Description
Rear view of 149 Leicester Road, New Barnet, a large, twin-gabled, brick built Victorian house. The picture shows a single-storey extension with an attractive overhanging slate roof, supported by untreated timber uprights, some of which are on stone cushions. The double doors appear to be boarded up; an old washing machine, spin drier and refrigerator are left outside. The site has since been redeveloped.
