Locally listed, it is part of end-of-terrace, two-storey artisan housing laid out by Co-partners in 1912-13 with painted roughcast exterior and an angular ground-floor bay window, with a flat roof. The glazed front door sits on the side with a brick porch and pitched tiled roof. Beyond this a garage with a metal up and over door can be seen.
