Description
Front elevation of a substantial detached house at 2 Turner's Wood, Hampstead Garden Suburb. The house has two or three storeys and is seen across a bed of shrubbery. Dating from the early-twentieth century, the house still exists. The open doors of a car can be seen at the right. The street was named after John Turner, a wealthy merchant of 1730, who was a tobacconist in Fleet Street.
