View of the rear elevation of The Grange in Summerhouse Lane, Harmondsworth, looking north from the garden. The red-brick two-storey with attic rooms house was built in 1675 and is Grade II listed, listing number 1358413, together with the garden walls to the west and north, and east (listing numbers 1080125 and 1358414, respectively). The conservatory, in the style of Joseph Paxton, seen to the right, is a later, possibly nineteenth-century, addition. The house was the former home of comedian, singer and impresario, Sam Collins, owner of the famous Collins's Music Hall. The house is viewed across the garden lawn, where a Dunkley pram can be seen by the conservatory entrance, together with items of garden furniture.
