Description
Tooke’s Folly, part of Pinner Hill Farm, Pinner, a Grade II listed building. Entrance into farmyard and farm. The clock-towered stable commissioned by Arthur Tooke in 1862 forms part of the farmyard which consisted of a tack room, hay loft and the top floor of unknown purpose. It is composed of red, blue and brown brick tower with ancillary barn to south with French architectural motifs in the roof area. Plain pilasters to upper stage with lancets and decorative panel to north front. Slate roof with swept hips and clock on north side. Decorative finials and cresting to ridge.
