Description
Front elevation of Maytree Cottage, 12 Little Common, Stanmore. Built c1800, it is a brown and yellow brick building with a forward projecting games room extension built in 1855. It has an attractive porch and a slate roof with fishscale slates on the rear elevation. It was an alehouse called the King William IV during the nineteenth century. White picket fence at front on boundary.
