Front elevation of Tudor Cottage, 13 Elm Park Road, Pinner. A Grade II listed detached house, built in 1921 and designed by Ernest George Trobridge. Clad in rough sawn elm boards and tile hanging, with some brown brick to lower walls and to chimney stacks. It has a plain tiled steeply double pitched roof, and a polygonal bay window to right of centre, with a distinctive conical roof breaking up into upper floor. The entrance is slightly recessed. Garage as part of construction on the right. Paved driveway surrounding an oval flowerbed, with urns and barrelsserving as plant pots.
