Description
A view of the western side of the basilica at the Palace of Arts in Engineers Way, Wembley. This exhibition hall was built for the British Empire Exhibition in 1924-25 and housed arts and crafts. The basilica displayed church art. The building later became a warehouse and in this photograph is occupied by Parkinson Cowan Distribution Limited. The building was demolished in the 2000s and replaced by flats.
