View of Victoria Embankment, Westminster, across to Charing Cross (now Embankment) Underground Station. On the right is Hungerford House, Grade II listed, listing number 1237857. A number 16 tram, number 1176, to Croydon and Purley is passing with a poster on its front with, 'Safety First, Thankyou Mr. Motorist', on it. Two covered trucks, one with an advert for 'Radiance Toffee' on it, pass by. The girders of the Hungerford Railway Bridge, into Charing Cross Station, can be seen.
