Description
Public lavatories by Victoria Embankment Gardens, Victoria Embankment, Westminster, to the north of Hungerford House. This is a single storey, brick-built structure with a pitched slate roof and projecting gables. As well as the conventional 'Gentlemen' and 'Ladies' signs there is what appears to be lit signs. A man in a raincoat and flat cap is entering the building on the left. There is a low stone wall with wrought iron railings on top. On the left is a good view of the 'Dolphin' lamp post, with a litter bin attached. There are London plane trees.
