View looking east, showing a terrace of five-storey buildings with ground-floor shops at 73-75 New Bond Street, Mayfair. Number 73 is trading as, "Cresta", a ladies fashionwear shop. There is a five-window range at first-floor level and a three-window range above including a central pediment. There is a sign above a side entrance advertising, "Steiner Staff Bureau." Another ladies fashion store trading as, "Adaire" can be seen at number 74. There is a hanging sign outside advertising, "Juran Carpets". The building dates from the early-twentieth century having a Bath stone frontage in Gothic style with five storeys including an attic within the gable. The ground and first floors are framed by a large arch with plate-glass windows, within which can be seen a display of rugs and more signs for, "Juran Carpets". There are ornate carvings within and either side of the arch. The building is Grade II listed; listing number 1224395. Number 75 is trading as, "Gaby" shoe shop. There are shoppers in the street, of whom a group of three are looking in the "Adair" shop window. There is a streetlamp with a litter bin attached.
