Description
View of the front elevations of a terrace of houses at 11-18 Motcomb Street, Belgravia. They have three storeys plus basement and most have an attic storey. The ground floor is occupied by shops, number 12 being La Perla Verde. Scaffolding has been erected to serve the ground floor of numbers 11-13. A full-height scaffolding has also been erected on number 19 Motcomb Street at the left of the image. Railings surround most first-floor balconies serving full-height windows. Railings also surround basement areas. Several cars are parked in the street including a rare 1964 Gordon Keeble. Only about 100 were ever made. Parked in front of it is a Ford Cortina Mark I. Dating from about 1829-30, numbers 11-18 Motcomb Street were Grade II listed in 1970; listing number 1267230.
