Description
View of a shop window in the front elevation of a terraced building at 106 Mount Street, Mayfair. The window sits within a decorated, arched surround and contains cigars in boxes and other tobacco products and accessories. The name of the store, Elkin, hangs on a sign, referring to store owner Moss Elkin. Dating from 1886-87 and designed by Sir Ernest George and Harold Peto, numbers 104-108 and 109-113 were Grade II listed in 1970; listing numbers 1223624 and 1223667.
