Description
Front elevations of 23-34 Surrey Street, Westminster, looking north. Numbers 24, 33 and 34 Surrey Street are Grade II listed. Number 23 is a large four-storey building with a basement and attic rooms, with a central entrance. The next building is number 24, originally known as Queens Hotel, later the premises The Union Society Kings College. Norfolk Hotel is the next building, with 34 being the furthest. Parking meters are placed along the pavement, with three cars parked including an A40 Traveller. Number 23 has since been demolished and replaced with a modern building called Macadam Building and, along with the rest are now part of the Kings College London campus.
