Title
House in Ebury Street
Description
Front elevation of 157 Ebury Street, Belgravia. Ebury Street is located on land known in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries as The Manor of Ebury. According to the Willetts estate agents board on the first-floor balcony, the lease for the entire building was for sale. Today (2024) the building has been renovated and decorated and is a private home. Number 159 which was clad in scaffolding in this photograph has also since been restored and appears to be a private residence. The car on the left is a Vauxhall and the one on the right is a Ford Cortina. The parking meter in front of number 157 has since been removed.
