Description
A view of the front elevations of terraced houses at 20 and 22 Gloucester Street, Pimlico. The front doors are under porticos on classical columns. A balcony with balustrade runs the width of the block at first floor level including the tops of the porticos. The houses have four storeys over a basement and are two windows wide. Railings surround the basement areas. Some of the windows of number 22 have been boarded up. Number 20 has a sign for bed and breakfast in a ground floor window and the house is called Chez Desira. A Commer minibus is parked in the street. The houses depicted have been rebuilt later as apartment blocks to match the original.
