Description
View southwards of front elevation of 66 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair. The property has three main storeys, is four windows wide and has a double-height attic and basement. It is brick-fronted, dressed with a lighter coloured brick to suggest quoins at each end. The main door is to the left, set in a porch with columns, and there are area railings. At the first floor there are long sash windows and a balcony with finely decorated iron railings. Above the second floor is a stone parapet, and then a double row of dormers on the mansard. There are chimneys on the party ridges at each end of the property. 66 was originally built as a townhouse in 1723, and altered by later occupants. It is Grade II listed, listing number 1357084.
