Description
View southwards of front elevation of 75 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair. This is a four-storey, three-window wide, brick-faced terraced property. Its main door and fanlight are set in a stone doorcase to the right of area railings around its basement. The sash windows on the ground and first floor are decorated with keystone heads. The first-floor windows have balconettes, and there is a cornice above the third main storey. It has a steep mansard with dormers and iron railings. In 1975 the property was occupied by the estate agents Chestertons. More recently, 74 and 75 have been merged as number 75, using the adjoining porticoed entrance shown on the right-hand side as their main entrance.
