Description
Detail of the entrance hall ceiling of 59 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair. The ceiling is divided into sections with mouldings edged with oak leaves. Between the top of the walls and the ceiling decoration there is a modillion block cornice, and between each block is a rosette. These are part of the original eighteenth-century features of the property. 59, built 1723, is Grade II listed, listing number 1066703.
