This four-storey building with shop front was designed by Fuller, Hall and Foulsham in 1937 with Art Deco features. It was occupied by Phillips Auctioneers until the firm was taken over by Bonhams in 2001. A removal van from Dibbens Removal Contractors, Ryde, Isle of Wight is parked outside.
