View of shop fronts at 63-65 Putney High Street, Putney, viewed from Lacy Road. They include Lilley and Skinner shoe shop and Bellmans. Russell Yard to the left of Lilley and Skinner leads to a side access to Marks & Spencer. Two men look into the trailer of a National Carriers Ltd lorry, with two cars heading towards Putney Station. There are pedestrians and shoppers on both footpaths, and a 'one way' road sign is in view. Putney Bridge is to the left, out of view. These shops are still in existence.
