Title
Houses in Garford Street
Description
Numbers 59-71 Garford Street, Poplar, a row of two-storey terraced houses. The houses have sash windows with plaster surrounds, scrolls and plinths. The doors have similar surrounds with square-headed fanlights. There are various cars parked, including one on the vacant site that was number 57. Lorries are parked further along the street by paint and engineering works. A viaduct of The London & Blackwall Railway spans the street in the distance. The houses in this terrace and the buildings beyond no longer exist. Semi-detached houses now occupy the site.
