A faded shop sign indicates that the right-hand shop was formerly occupied by Dicks shoe shop. Next door, a tailor sells made-to-measure men's suits. A barbershop is visible just inside Spital Square. A stone on the house on the corner of Bishopsgate Street Without and Spital Square marks the boundary of the City of London jurisdiction. Except for the building seen in Spital Yard, these buildings no longer exist,
