Title
Building on Tower Hill
Description
View of the front elevation from number 15 Tower Hill, looking east. Numbers 15 to 20 are the former premises of M Myers Tortoiseshell Ltd, cutters and turners of ivory, mother-of-pearl and other natural materials. The premises are located over the original Old London Wall, as commemorated by the board mounted on the wall. Adjacent buildings include a former public house, advertising Gibb's lager, seen with a horse-drawn dray in front. The buildings have since demolished and the subterranean Roman wall revealed.
