Warehouses in Tobacco Docks
Description
A pitched slated roof of a long warehouse which was next to the seven other Tobacco Warehouses in Wapping, with an entrance archway opening at the far end. The internal face of the demolished building abutting the warehouse is exposed and shown by white paint and at the top of the white paint mark are stone corbels with post holes for wooden beams. Kerbstones show a small element of road that returns towards a rough opening in the wall of the larger warehouse. A dumper truck and stone blocks are visible.
