Description
A view looking north up Beccles Street, Stepney, with cars including a Mini parked outside numbers 7-9, two-storey houses with arched window and door detail at ground level. There are people walking toward the camera. The buildings on the left include numbers 12-16, which have since been demolished. Part of the Gill Street Health Centre now occupies this site. Just beyond are numbers 8-10 and the Passmore Edwards Sailors Palace is just visible at the corner with Commercial Road. A chimney in St Anne's Wharf can be seen in the background.
