Title
Houses in Hurlbutt Place
Description
View of detached and terraced houses at 2-18 Hurlbutt Place, Newington, looking north west. On the left, with a cast iron lamp post and two cannon bollards, is a path that leads south west between the buildings to Peacock Street. A motorcycle is parked in the street and further down two women are standing on the pavement. In the distance, at the end of the street, is Newington Butts. The street no longer exists and all of the buildings have since been demolished and the area is now the location of the Newington Estate social housing.
