Description
Front view of the wrought-iron gate at the British Medical Association in Upper Woburn Place, Bloomsbury. The gate separates the Eastern and Western courtyards. It was designed by Lutyens as a World War I memorial and opened on 13 July 1925 by the Archbishop of Canterbury. The plaque over the gate inscribed MEMORY AND PRAISE is visible at centre, near the top. The building is a Grade II listed; listing number 1378968.
