Description
View of terraced houses at 231-247 Tabard Street, Southwark, by junction with Law Street. A group of men, women and children pose for the photograph, with policeman on right hand side. Number 231 Tabard Street has suspended wooden chairs attached to its frontage. Another shop has a sign for 'Hay' and 'Straw'. These buildings no longer exisit. Pilgrim House, a mid-rise residential building, now stands on this site.
