Description
A view of the front elevations of buildings on the west side of Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, north of the junction with Tottenham Street. None of the buildings still exist. Those on the right are shops with accommodation above including Drawsons, Modern and Harris & Russell. Several pedestrians can be seen on the pavement. The street is criss-crossed by trolleybus power cables. Parked in the street is an Austin 10 saloon car and another car is also visible. On the southern corner of Maple Street is an advertisement for Reid's Stout.
