Title
Derelict building in Westland Place
Description
A view of Westland Place, Hoxton, showing a derelict three-storey building at number 68, with a valley roof. It has no doors and most windows have no glass. A curtain hangs at an upper ground floor window. Rubble is strewn all around. The rainwater downpipe is broken. A flank wall has been shored up with timber. A chalk board on the floor, indicating the property was earmarked for demolition, reads 487 68 R. The building no longer exists and New Regents College stands on the site.
