Premises include Goodman and Son, maker of blouses and gowns at number 28 along with other costumiers. Private cars, probably a Vauxhall 14 Cadet, seen with wartime blackout headlamp covers, and a Hillman Minx, are parked at the roadside. Numbers 28 to 37 Percy Street along with the railings in front are Grade II listed, listing numbers 1113265 to 113267 inclusive.
