Description
View of the front elevation of a terraced house at 59 Highgate High Street, Highgate. The building has two storeys and is two windows wide. Waynflete, tobacconist and confectioner, occupies part of the ground floor, advertising Players Country Life cigarettes. A stone at ground level with the initials SPP denotes the boundary of St Pancras Parish. Dating from 1811 and built for C. Lynne, 59 Highgate High Street was among a group houses largely from the nineteenth century that were Grade II listed in 1974, listing number 1379424.
