Description
A view of the front elevations of a pair of grand houses at 3-4 Chester Gate, Regent's Park. Numbers 3 and 4 are also joined to properties in Cambridge Mews Terrace and Albany Street. The houses are fully stucco covered and have four storeys above the basement. They have juliet balconies to the first-floor windows. The entrance to number 3 is at the side in a portico Chester Gate while that of number 4 is in a small courtyard off the road. Greek key and other motifs are visible on the stone surround to the door. Designed by John Nash and built c1825, numbers 1-4 Chester Gate were Grade II listed in 1973; listing number 1242935.
