View of 78-80 Grafton Way (formerly Grafton Street), Fitzrovia. 78-80 is a Grade II listed terrace of two houses, listing number 1113073, built early/mid-nineteenth century. The buildings are three storey with attics and basements and original cast-iron railings which are included in the Grade II listing. Three cars are parked on the street. Grafton Way is part of the Fitzroy Square Conservation Area, designated in 1968, and became part of the Bloomsbury Conservation Area in 1980. Both buildings are still extant and appear to have retained their residential use.
