147-155 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn. 147-151 are residential four-storey properties with basements, railings, first-floor balconies and steps to front doors. 153-155 is occupied by Barnes and Mullins, musical instrument distributors, with the ground floor of 153 giving access to 155 through a courtyard behind the terrace. There is a decorated plaque with the company initials at first-floor level of 153. Beyond that is 157-163, home to the London Welsh Centre / Canolfan Cymry Llundain since 1937. A London hackney carriage or black cab and a Vauxhall Viva are parked on the road. 147-151, attached railings and cast-iron balconies are Grade II listed, listing number 1113104, and still extant. 153 has been converted into flats and remnants of the plaque can been seen on the front elevation. 155 has been redeveloped for commercial and residential use and renamed Pickstock Court. The London Welsh Centre is still extant.
