At 136 Gower Street is Lewis's Medical and Scientific Library, which is now the Lewis Building, part of UCL. It is Grade I, listing number 1113056. On the right, is the Cruciform Building which was previously a hospital and was purchased by UCL in 1995. The area surrounded by wooden fencing is now University College Hospital. There are people walking up the street and a Beetle is parked on the road.
