Description
View towards Euston Road and Euston Square Gardens beyond, in the former Metropolitan Borough of St Pancras, from the Grade II listed 1078321 entry gardens, Friends House, walls and railings, looking north. The gardens were formerly part of Endsleigh Gardens which covered the plot between Gordon Street and Upper Woburn Place, and Euston Road and Endsleigh Gardens. The Grade II listed (entry 1342042) West Lodge is visible on the far side of Euston Road, to the left of Euston Grove, with the statue of Robert Louis Stephenson, at the far right of the picture. The gardens have lawns, divided by flagstone paths, with discreet flower beds and pots, and benches around the periphery.
