Title
Houses in Cambridge Terrace
Description
A view of the front elevations of a terrace of grand houses at 1-6 Cambridge Terrace, Regent's Park. The terrace is stucco covered and houses have four storeys plus attics and basements. A man and a woman hand-in-hand and a second woman are walking past the houses. The image shows signs of the war damage to numbers 7-10 at the left hand edge and these houses were later rebuilt in facsimile. Two street lamps are visible, one with its glass cover open. Built in 1825 by John Nash, numbers 1-10 Cambridge Terrace were Grade I listed in 1974, listing number 1244296.
