Description
Rear elevation of 6-7 Sussex Place, Regents Park during reconstruction. Scaffolding covers the building. Number 1-26 Sussex Place originally designed in 1822-23 by John Nash (built by William Smith) as part of Nash's Regent's Park Crown Estate development. Regarded as the most eccentric of Nash's terraces. It was acquired by the London Business School and converted for educational use in the late 1960s and is now the London Graduate School of Business Studies. The entire terrace block at 1-26 Sussex Place is Grade I listed, listing number 1264092.
