View of the flank wall of 47 Portland Place, Marylebone, together with the entrance of the building to the rear at 47a in Weymouth Street, looking east. The metal and glazed entrance door of 47a has a radial patterned fanlight above, with most of the ground-floor windows fitted with security grills. The c1785 James Adam building is Grade II* listed, listing number 1265549 (41 to 47) is surrounded by cast-iron railings with spear railheads. A Hillman Hunter can be seen parked on a roadside meter. The building is now the Embassy of Poland.
