Description
View westwards of the front elevation of 22 New Quebec Street, Marylebone. Built c1780-90, it is part of a terrace of four-storey properties with shops at ground floor. 22 is a yacht agency, identified as Karl Ziegler Yacht Agency on its fascia and an anchor. The fascia covers the frontage, including the display window on the left, a glass shop door and to its right, a wood-panelled door with a fanlight. Above ground floor the facade is of dark brickwork, there are two sash windows on each storey decorated with brick flat arches. There is a cornice, and the roof is hidden. Outside, a two-door sports car is parked at the kerb. 22 is Grade II listed, jointly with 21-25, under listing number 1392206.
