Description
View of front elevations of 18-20 New Cavendish Street, Marylebone. Double doors with mullioned lights are set in a decorated stone surround, giving access to flats or premises above the shops. The buildings are five-storey terraces, of stone at ground floor, brick at upper levels and a slate roof. There are bays of casement windows at first to third floors. At roof level there is a central pedimented gable with one sash window, and one dormer sash on either side. The business name of one shop is legible: The Adams and Martin Shop. A saloon car is parked outside 20 at a parking meter.
