Flower boxes and window boxes. Harewood Avenue was formerly owned by the Portman Estate. The street is named for Emma Portman, Viscountess Portman, daughter of Henry Lascelles, 2nd Earl of Harewood, wife of Edward Portman, 1st Viscount Portman.
