A view of Custom House at 20 Lower Thames Street, City of London, seen from the river. Designed by David Laing and built from 1813-17, the building was Grade I listed in 1972; listing number 1359153. Several masted vessels are moored in front of the building and a passenger steamer is heading downstream. Two barges are moored in the middle of the river. In the background are the spires of St Margaret Pattens on the left, and St Dunstan's on the right.
