Description
Staircase of the house at 1 Laurence Pountney Hill, City of London. In view are steps and classic balusters under the wooden banister. The house was originally built by the carpenter and master builder Thomas Denning for merchants in 1703, in the Queen Anne style. The pair of houses at 1-2 Laurence Pountney Hill still survives. They were Grade II* listed in 1950; List Entry Number: 1359204.
