Description
An impressive iron gateway at 102 Leadenhall Street, City of London, through which can be seen a courtyard with storage baskets and timber. An ornate lamp hangs over the doorway and cobblestones can be seen in the foreground. The gate is what remains of Leadenhall House, a mansion which once stood here and was demolished c1875. For many years the house, courtyard and warehouses on the site were occupied by the Druggists Messrs. Baiss Brothers.
