Description
2-4 Westbridge Road, Battersea. A pair of two-storey Gothic villas built in 1845, each has a knapped flint facade with stone dressings, an entrance porch to the side, and niches in the attic gables with statues. The Methodist church visible to the left was demolished in the 1980s; to the right is the rear wall of the Prodigal's Return public house on Battersea Bridge Road. In the background to the right is the Morgan Crucible factory.
