Fountain House tower block, 130 Fenchurch Street, City of London. Fountain House was designed by architects by W.H.Rogers and Sir Howard Robertson (Consulting). It was the first London building constructed to the tower and podium formula where a large podium occupies the full area of the plot of land, with a much small central space occupied by a tower block. It was inspired by Lever House in New York, which was completed in 1952.
